Initially launched in 2019, the Airpods Pro V2 finally marks its debut this year. Design-wise, Apple sticks to its winning formula, having the same form factor as the previous version, sadly no new colors were added to the palette scheme. The charging case, however, has a few add-ons, that will come in handy for some users.

First of all, the case has built-in speakers, that will help you find your misplaced AirPods even faster when using Find My by emitting a distinct sound.

On the side of the case, you will find a metal eyelet. By adding a lanyard loop (bought separately) you can attach your favorite True Wireless Earbuds to your backpack. Likewise the AirPods 3, both the charging case and earbuds are now water and dust-resistant, having an IPX4 certification.

A lot of fans were complaining that Apple’s earbuds are not fitting properly, due to different ear circumferences. To solve that problem, Apple introduced a new size for the earbud’s tips, XS (besides the S, M, and L), and an Ear Tip Test app that helps you choose the tips that fit best.

Some users find that Apple’s included tips are not as comfortable as they are advertised. I recommend you check these memory foam tips; we got very positive feedback from our customers.

On the tech side, things have changed drastically. The H2 chip takes Active Noise Cancelation a step further and provides up to 2X the performance of the AirPods First Generation. I tested personally the ANC, and I can truly say that listening to music in noisy environments is finally a dream come true.

While the white look is appreciated by everyone, the glossy plastic gets scratched quite easily. Having a silicone case like this ONE will protect your earbuds.

On the first iteration of AirPods Pro you weren't allowed to change the volume just by using the earbuds, you needed to get your iPhone out in order to do that. That is no longer the case. You can adjust the volume by swiping up or down on the stem, which adds more convenience for the user.

Pressing on the stem will allow you to play/pause the music, or answer/end calls.
To switch between the Active Noise Cancelation Mode to Transparency, and vice-versa, you will have to long press the stem.

You can charge your earbuds via the Lightining port, or wireless via a MagSafe charger. The battery life is now better, providing up to 6h listening time on a single charge, and 30h of total listetning time with the case.

The Noise-canceling microphones have improved as well, they do a better job of blocking unwanted noises, and you can count on them for your Zoom meetings. The H2 chip not only provides a better ANC and Transparency experience, but the Spatial Audio is also now more immersive than ever. The U1 chip included in the charging case is in charge of helping you localize your lost AirPods via the Find My app.

Over the First generation of AirPods Pro, the sequel proves to be a worthy upgrade, the difference in sound quality is quite noticeable, and the microphones got the long awaited upgrade.

On 18th October, Apple announced the highly anticipated iPad Pro 11.0″ and 12.9″with the second iteration of its Silicon processor, the M2, and the 10th Gen iPad that comes with a new, refreshed design.

The new Entry-Level iPad comes with a larger screen measuring 10.9-inch (vs 10.2-inch of its predecessor) while keeping the same footprint, the bezels have been significantly reduced, comes in 3 new colors – Blue, Pink, Yellow, and the classic Silver. The New Liquid Retina Display supports a 2360-by-1640 resolution at 264 PPI, with a maximum brightness of 500 nits. The Touch ID has been repositioned on the power button, for greater convenience.

For the more technical side, the chipset has been upgraded, it uses Apple’s faster A14 Bionic Chip promises a CPU increase of 20% over the A13 Bionic, and a faster Neural Engine processing with 80% compared to the previous 9th Generation iPad. The RAM was not left behind either, it features 4GB for a better multitasking experience.

Lightning port has been finally replaced with the USB-C port. At the same time, the Apple stylus compatibility will stick to the First-Generation Apple Pencil, meaning you will need a lightning to USB-C adaptor for charging.

Cellular model has an improved modem, sporting the new 5G connectivity for superfast downloads and high-quality streaming. The backside camera sports a 12MP Wide Camera, and the front-facing camera has a new 12MP Landscape Ultra-Wide Camera, with a new positioning that will sure make the Zoom calls more enjoyable.

Here are products we recommend for your iPad.

iPad Pro 2022 Line-Up has come in strong, with the newly improved M-Series processor that was previously featured in the previously released MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. While many fans were expecting a new redesign, Apple chose to remain with the current design language.

Display-wise, the Liquid Retina XDR has the same specs as the last year. The 11″ still uses the IPS display with the 120Hz refresh rate, while his bigger brother, the 12.9″ has the mini-LED tech for backlighting, and a 120Hz refresh rate as well. The artists that love drawing on iPads will notice a new improvement over the predecessor models. While using the tablet with the 2nd Generation Apple Pencil, the electromagnetic signals emitted from the tip are detected by the screen up to 12 millimeters, according to Apple.

Wi-Fi 6E provides blazing-fast connections, even up to 2 times faster than the previous generation. Packed with the optional 5G modem variant, it is the perfect companion for streaming your favorite shows on the go.

M2’s CPU runs at 3.49 GHz, with 18% more power than the M1, and the GPU even up to 35 percent better performance when used at its max power.

The iPhone 14 Series has been announced at the Far Out Event on the 7th of September, alongside the highly anticipated AirPods Pro 2, the new Apple Watch Series 8, SE2, and, Ultra (for the adventurous ones).

In this article, I will cover everything you need to know about the newly released iPhone Series, what are the improvements over last year’s handhelds, and if it’s worth the upgrade.

In terms of the spec sheet, iPhone 14 seems almost identical to iPhone 13. It keeps the same design, with the 6.1-inch OLED display with 460 PPI, at a 60Hz refresh rate. The processor used in both phones is the A15 Bionic.

Color-wise, iPhone 14 tends to have brighter options over iPhone 13. The new options are Blue, Purple, Midnight, Starlight, and (Product) RED. The battery last with up to 1h more compared to its predecessor.

For more fluidity and more intensive multitasking, Apple has upgraded the RAM from 4GB to 6GB, this is the main difference between the 2 devices.

A new addition exclusive to all iPhone 14 devices is the Crash Detection and Emergency SOS feature. The new smartphones can detect if you just had a car accident, and contact the local emergency services.

iPhone 14 Plus comes as a replacement for the iPhone 12 & 13 Mini, in order to fullfil the market's needs for bigger and more affordable phones. It has identical specifications with iPhone 14, besides the increase in size (6.7”), and battery capacity.

For the bold ones, I highly recommend you the Clear Shield Case Magsafe Compatible. If you are a more conservative individual our Black Silicone Case with Magsafe Compatibility is for you.

The iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max got rid of the notch and embraced a Pill-shaped cutout dubbed Dynamic Island. It offers integration with Apple Music, allowing users to switch the song played more conveniently, it is less intrusive, helps with shortcut actions, and helps with various background activities (Incoming calls, Screen Recording, SharePlay, etc.)

For the first time, the Always-On display is featured on the 14 Pro and Pro Max models. The faster A16 Bionic chipset is built on a 4nm process compared to A15’s 5 nm. The main camera has been upgraded to a 48MP sensor.

The Deep Purple the new color added to the current Line-Up of Pro models, is seen as quite controversial by some fans. Here I made a selection of iPhone 14 Series Cases and Screen Protectors made by our brand, NEXT ONE.

Is it worth the upgrade? Quite a common question nowadays. I am positive that the Crash Detection and the SOS Emergency features are a nice addition, and will have a positive impact shortly, saving people’s lives. This is one of the main differentiators between iPhone 13 and 14.

Depending on the budget and needs, iPhone 14 Pro has quite some new and interesting features over its predecessor, Dynamic Island being one of them.

In the world of technology, accessories never stop to appear and evolve. Today there are a lot of screen protectors to choose from. But in reality there are only two categories - thin plastic sheets and tempered glass protectors. Users usually prefer tempered glass protectors because of the hardness and because they are easier to clean than plastic ones.

But, there is this special type of screen protector available for the iPad.

The Paper Texture screen protector has a fine, soft matte finish, which makes the iPad’s display feel like… paper.

Touch and feel

The Paper Texture protector is the best solution for Apple Pencil users. Since the Pencil has a plastic tip, it slides along the glass panel of an iPad’s screen in a manner, which feels… unnatural. Paper Texture instantly fixes this.

Whether you are handwriting or drawing, it feels immediately awesome once you apply a Paper Texture protector on your iPad screen. But it also improves the simple touch operation.

With Paper Texture on the screen, fingerprint grease is reduced drastically and the display has a lot of grip, making it super-easy to accurately use every function of your iPad.

Glare

Since it’s a matte protector, you can say goodbye to sharp reflections and screen glare. Now, it’s not magical and it doesn’t let you use the iPad under direct sunlight. But it does mute reflections quite a lot, so you might find yourself able to enjoy your content in situations where you were previously annoyed by the reflections.

So, in general, a Paper Texture protector makes an iPad feel better all around, hands down. It improves the overall feel of the iPad, whether you use an Apple Pencil or just your fingers.

NEXT ONE designed an improved Paper Texture screen protector for iPad, offering a genuine paper feel that helps creativity. It's the best partner for iPad and Apple.

On July 15th Apple introduced its first portable devices equipped (MacBook Air and MacBook Pro) with the second iteration of the M-Series processor, the M2.

The MacBook Air got a complete redesign, the new chassis is slimmer, and has a flat body look. The screen got bigger, at 13.6” (instead of the previous 13.3”), with smaller bezels, got the new "notch look" introduced by the MacBook Pro 14” and 16”, and the long-awaited return of the Magsafe Charging.

The screen brightness is brighter, with 100 nits more than the last MacBook Air introduced in 2020, at 500 nits.

The Facetime camera can now record at 1080p. Speakers got a notable upgrade too. Now you have a four speakers sound system (2 tweeters and 2 woofers) with Dolby Atmos and Spatial Audio support positioned below the hinge, for a cleaner look.

For the first time, the Midnight shade has been introduced and shortly after became the most sought color out of the four (Space Grey, Silver, Starlight, and Midnight). The color is truly eye catchy, but be aware, it is a fingerprint magnet, and it gets scuffed quite easily.

Paired with NEXT ONE’s Safeguard for MacBook Air M2, you can use it care free, without worrying about any smudges.

The charging brick for the base model stays at 30W, while if you opt for a more powerful variant, you will get to choose between a 2-port USB-C 35W or a 67W single-port charging brick. All laptops come with a USB-C to Magsafe braided charging cable that matches your laptop color. Port-wise, on the left side you still get two USB-C/Thunderbolt ports, the newly introduced Magsafe charging port, and on the right side the 3.5 mm headphone jack.

Starting at 1199$, the laptop also features a backlight Magic Keyboard with full-size function keys with Touch ID and a Force Touch trackpad.

Now let’s talk a bit about the MacBook Pro. While the Air got some notable features and upgrades, the 13-inch Pro model sticks for a more conservative look, keeping the same design as the previous generation. Arriving in two finishes Silver and Space Grey.

FaceTime camera still records at 720p, the charging port is still via USB type C, no MagSafe charging upgrade for this one. The power adapter got upgraded from 61W to 67W USB-C.

One of the advantages of the Pro over the Air is that it has an Active cooling system that dissipates the heat better, allowing for better performance on highly demanding tasks like DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or 4K rendering.

The M2 is based on the A15 Bionic processor, featuring over 20 billion transistors. Running at 3.49GHz, it has an 18% faster CPU, and a 35% increase in power for the GPU compared to the M1.

Since a lot of Apple fans are looking for multiport adapters or protection sleeves for their precious devices, you can take a look here for accessories that will be a great addition to your Apple laptop.

How much do you know about your screen protector?

Although screen protectors aren't entirely new to anybody today, there are some features of those accessories that many people do not know about.

A screen protector, as the name implies, is an additional sheet of material that is fitted to the display of an electronic device, like an iPhone, to protect it from physical damage. It is the first line of defense for a device screen.

Screen protectors are made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), or laminated tempered glass, similar to the device's original screen they are meant to protect.

Even more, screen protectors vary in hardness. You may have seen the hardness rating on different packaging. Nonetheless, if you don't know what this label means, then you're probably asking yourself, “What is 9h hardness?”

NEXT ONE designs screen protectors for iPhones and iPads made of 9H hardness tempered glass. 9H refers to the Moh scale of mineral hardness. Friedrich Mohs invented this scale in 1812, and it ranges from 1 to 10 with glass around 5 and diamond at the top of the scale.

The scale is represented by numbers only without the "H" suffix. The suffix means the hardness of a pencil. To find a rating, you use the pencil test, which compares the relative hardness of a screen. When a manufacturer claims that their screen is 9h, it means the screen can resist scratches from the hardest pencil.

A pencil hardness ranges from 9b to 9h. For testing various displays, you have to use pencils that have a lead hardness ranging from 6b to 9h, pressed against the surface at a 45-degree angle.

Smartphones usually come with screens that are around 5 to 6 on Moh's scale so that objects like knives, coins, and keys can't scratch them. This is because they're made of iron, copper, and steel, which cannot scratch glass screen protectors of 6.5.

Imagine adding extra protection of 9H to your device’s display - you can be sure that your device is safe in any circumstances.

The 9H hardness screen protector designed by NEXT ONE will protect the screen of your device from damage and allow very minimal to zero scratches to the screen protector. To get 9h screen protectors, check out our products for iPhone and iPad.

Protect your work, ideas and money the smart way

The basis from which we started was the passion for Apple products and we kept evolving this passion into innovation. That’s how all our accessories were designed, and today we’ll talk about MacBook hardshells.

Being inspired by Apple design and taking inspiration from their values, we started to design the best protection we could offer for their products. We keep true to the cleanness of the brand and attention to details, always and forever.

Protect your work and ideas the smart way.

Form follows form. Since the beginning, we’ve allowed the form of MacBook to determine our design output and the final hardshell form we create. It’s absolutely crucial to us that the exact device we are protecting guides our design process—every angle, contour and port.

All the protection your Mac needs - ultra-slim design that offers the best protection, easy to put on and take while also providing full access to all the ports of the device.

Durable, slim design with high protection: The hardshell is strong and durable enough to protect against almost all the daily things that can happen to your MacBook, including scratches, dents, and punctures. Polycarbonate materials ensure that the MacBook hardshell never turns yellow, and also provide durable protection to your Mac.

Secure clips: clips secure your case in place for a better, very secure hold. Just clip it and it stays there. Unique clips for positioning it on the MacBook, easy to put on and take off.

Fits like a glove: the two-piece design fits extremely precisely, without obstructing your access to the ports. Snap-on design, easy to put on and take off; fully ventilated for heat dissipation.

The ultra-slim design: the lightweight hardshell case has a thickness of 1.1 mm. No logo cut out design, the transparency is different from color to color.

Stays grounded: high-quality rubber feet provide a smooth finish and comfortable feel while preventing sliding on any surfaces and keep your MacBook stable Complete with a non-slip base, heat ventilation slots, and full access to all ports.

If you want to spread high quality accessories to any Apple lover around the world, contact us and become our partner!

Remember the days when we bought our first smartphones and we experienced the less pleasant situation when we cracked the screen or scratched the smartphone’s corners? That was the moment when we realized we needed something more to protect our device.

Well, now that technology evolves, we moved even further with our smart devices. iPads are something that a true Apple lover must have, and of course even if they are built sturdily in true Apple fashion, we do not want to experience the less pleasant situation we talked about before regarding smartphones. That’s why now we know how important it is to protect our beloved devices.

Even if the whole idea of a case is that, if and when an accident does occur, the damage will be borne by the case rather than by the iPad itself, this is not the only reason why you should use a case for your iPad. There are many more to come.

Fashion statement

Every iPad looks the same, until you put it in its case. Then it takes on a persona that reflects the personality of its owner. Just as smartphones are the central device in many people’s lives, iPads are becoming just as indispensable, and people are seeking to individualize their ‘best friends’ as much as possible in order to stand out from the crowd. That’s one of the reasons why NEXT ONE designs iPad cases in a variety of styles and colors - to perfectly match with your personality.

Functionality

As well as being protective accessories, newer iPad cases are becoming more functional and user-friendly as well. Often a case can prevent you from fully using your iPad, unless you remove it from its case, but the cases designed by NEXT ONE not only allow you to access all functions, but to perform new ones as well. Examples include the case that functions as a holder, allowing you to stand it on a surface at an angle and watch it like a television screen or attach the pen to make it easier for you to have everything you need in one place.

Materials

NEXT ONE designs iPad cases made of soft silicone material. The durable material provides total full-body protection against fingerprints, shocks, scratches, and dust.

Don’t be afraid about the new proportions your iPad will get, we design cases that are slim and fashionable but very protective at the same time.
